It is a pencil drawing of Qutub Minar, a tower located in Delhi, India. It was built in the 12th/ 13th century. It is a brick minaret and is one of the earliest examples of Indian-Islamic architecture.

    I guess the aspect of depth betwen the facade in the foreground and the Minar is not well established , as a lay appreciator I can`t specify what could redeem my perception,as it is a view from an archway ,may be a little bit more of the arch could have made the difference
